Return and Refund Policy
1. Exchange & Return Timeframes
Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase and returned within 3 days.

يمكن استبدال المنتجات خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء، واسترجاعها خلال 3 أيام.
2. Conditions for Return/Exchange
To be eligible, items must remain in their original condition inside the box with all accessories, packaging, and the original invoice included. Items must not have been used or damaged in any way.
بشرط أن تكون المنتجات بحالتها الأصلية داخل "البوكس" مع كامل الملحقات والتغليف والفاتورة، وألا تكون قد استُخدمت أو تعرضت لأي ضرر.
3. Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the return or exchange process, including shipping both ways (to our facility and back to the customer).
مع تحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن ذهاباً وإياباً.
4. Heavy Equipment & Oversized Items
Return Shipping Responsibility: For heavy or oversized fitness equipment (including but not limited to treadmills, weight benches, Olympic plates, and multi-gym stations), the customer is solely responsible for all return shipping and freight charges.
Freight Estimates: Due to the specialized handling and weight of fitness gear, return shipping costs can be significant. Contact us at brotherssport486@gmail.com before initiating a return for an estimate.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
● Perishable goods (e.g., supplements).
● Custom products (e.g., personalized fitness gear).
● Personal care goods (e.g., used apparel for hygiene).
● Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
● Sale items and Gift cards.
6. How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at brotherssport486@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: Tla-ali, 209, Amman 11953, Jordan.
7. Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days.
