Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Brothers Shop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in Jordan.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We provide the following general estimates:

●     Local Delivery (Amman): 1-2 business days.

●     Jordan (Outside Amman): 2-4 business days.

●     International Shipping: 7-14 business days (Subject to customs clearance).

3. Heavy Equipment Delivery

Important for Heavy Goods: For oversized items such as treadmills, weight racks, and Olympic plates, delivery is typically "Curb-side" or to the ground floor entrance only.

●     Our courier partner will contact you to schedule a specific delivery window.

●     Ensure a valid phone number is provided at checkout.

●     Installation: If you require professional installation or assembly for heavy equipment, please contact us at brotherssport486@gmail.com prior to ordering for a custom quote.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Brothers Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Note for International Customers: Per Jordanian regulations, shipments may require your National ID or Residency Number for customs clearance.

5. Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Any discrepancies must be reported to Brothers Shop within 24 hours of delivery.
